Dell tech support has been less than useless.
I’d really like to get this camera operational on the new PC. It included an embedded video cam, which is working fine on the old PC.
Your name or email address: I’ve downloaded and tried 3 different packages from the Dell website pertaining to the monitor as well as the web cam app package. I suggest you try to update the driver for it.

Oh yeah, been there Some hot shot over Dell forums thought that he might get Kudo points or something by telling me I needed both the monitor driver files AND the Webcam apps file.
